2. Application letter for establishment of residential representative Office signed by the enterprise’s chairman of the board or managing director

3. Business registration certification original issued from concerned authorities.

4. Capital credit certification original from opening bank of application enterprises

5. Appointment letter for appointment of the chief representative and representatives of residential representative Office signed by the enterprise’s chairman of the board or managing director, at least another two board persons of foreign enterprise need signing if the enterprise’s chairman of the board or managing director is appointed as chief representative

6. 6 photos with 2 inches for the chief representative and representative. the ID card copy and political examination proof copy should be submitted if the nationality for the chief representative of residential representative office is china; the passport copy and visa copy within valid period should be submitted if the nationality for the chief representative of residential representative office is other country
