Transaction Procedure：
Investors fill out the application form of establishing affiliate in France and send relevant materials to French head office and wait for the notice of French lawyer after accepted. Then they will sign the trust contract and pay 50% service fees to them（RMB workable）.
Formal procedure of register in France：Produce capital arrival certification of at least 1 euro to cooperate with French lawyers and the notary to perfect rules of establishing companies of investors in France.
According to trust contract：investors pay off another 50% service fees（dollars and euro）. Investors should open an account in concerned bank of commerce in France and transit register capital into it.
French（nominal ）Company
Service fees include：fees of commercial and industrial register, auditing fees of local trade association on the investor, commission fees of French lawyers and notary, auditing fee of French Migrant Bureau and consultancy fee of Hongkong Richful Accounting Firm and so on.
Stage of Company Operation：
Company register finished, the investor can run the company independently.
French （Industrial） Company
Basic items of operation expenditure： office expenses（site rent and communication expenses etc） ratepaying expenditure industrial & commercial incidental expenses accounting expenses employee compensation social insurance（including medical insurance and so on） maintenance（room and board and traffic etc） Constitutional factors of transaction of commercial investment consultancy service： French laywer consultancy fee, register fee of French Chamber of Commerce, announcement fee of French Chamber of Commerce, register fee of French Emigration Office and liaison fee of French notary.
